Our 6th Annual Gala is going VIRTUAL

*|MC:SUBJECT|*
During these uncertain times, one thing remains clear - the needs of the most under-resourced in our community have deepened. With the increase in anti-Asian hate crimes and incidences, job loss, and the expiration of the eviction moratorium, the most vulnerable in our community are in a crisis.

Since the gala is our BIGGEST fundraiser of the year and a time for connection, we wanted to come together in person for our community. However, with much sadness, we have made the difficult decision to go virtual for the sake of our community's safety and well-being. WE WILL GO VIRTUAL THIS YEAR and are committed to making it another incredible virtual gala for you.

We will honor David Lee, president of AppHarvest, for his innovation and work in the sustainable food industry, and Corey Lee, a three Michelin-starred chef and restaurateur.

In addition, we will host a lively fireside chat with U.S. Representatives Marilyn Strickland and Andy Kim.

To help us make it another impactful fundraising year, we invite you to participate in our VIRTUAL GALA on September 25th. We suggest inviting your family and closest friends and hosting your own viewing party!

THANK YOU for going on this journey with us as we continue to support the growing needs in our community.  We look forward to making this virtual gala worthwhile and can't wait to see you again.

With gratitude,
Executive Director
